Crochet Skirt Sizes
Are you wondering what the difference is between a mini skirt, a midi skirt and a maxi skirt? Or maybe you’ve never even heard of those terms? Well, I’m here to help!
It all refers to the length of the skirt. A mini skirt is any skirt that ends above the knee. Typically it falls between mid thigh and knee. A micro mini skirt is higher than mid thigh. A midi skirt is a skirt that falls mid calf, between the knee and ankle and a maxi skirt goes to the ankle.
You’ll find that many of the skirt patterns in this crochet collection can easily made shorter or longer so you can adapt the pattern to suit your skirt length comfort level.
Crochet Mini Skirt
A mini skirt can be a great crochet project for an adventurous beginner if you’re just starting to get into crochet wearables. They often feature simple stitches and there are fewer moving parts to the project.
